Andelas is a one-person consultancy in Amsterdam — and a long bet on what a software company can be when AI agents do the work that used to need a floor of engineers.

I build custom apps for organizations that want to move fast without buying a department. My specialty is Salesforce — twelve certifications deep — but I'll tell you honestly when it's the wrong tool. AI agents do most of the implementation work; I do the thinking, the architecture, and the calls that matter.

Every project funds the same long bet: a European deep-tech lab built lean, with AI as the workforce, working on the software layer of quantum computing. I am IBM Qiskit certified and already building a Quantum Readiness app for Salesforce. The plan is unfashionably large — and that is the point.

OpenSF — Open Systems Foundation — is the open-source arm of the same mission. It is where the work that should belong to everyone lives. Andelas funds it, supports it, and contributes to it.
